Any takeover of the content (in whole or in part) for purposes other than personal interest is sanctioned by the legislation on intellectual property rights.
The information provided on this site is in Romanian, without excluding their presentation in other languages. The sales contract is concluded in Romanian.

The moment of concluding the distance contract with the natural person, respectively, of concluding the sales contract with the legal person, is the moment of receiving the confirmation message by the consumer, regarding his order.

The provisions of this distance contract are also completed with the law 365/2002 on electronic commerce republished and amended and with GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

CRIBER NET SRL accepts the conclusion of distance contracts by electronic means and thus undertakes to comply with the legislation applicable to the conclusion, validity and legal effects of these contracts. In this document, the following capitalized terms will have, unless otherwise stated in the context, the meanings specified below:
USER : any person who visits and / or interacts with the CRIBER NET SRL website ;
SELLER: CRIBER NET SRL with headquarters in Piatra-Neamt, str. Maratei, no. 22, Neamt county, postal code 610144, country Romania, registered at the Trade Register under no. J27 / 334/1998 and having CIF: RO 13503918, no. phone: 0233 / 280.300, hereinafter referred to as CRIBER NET SRL .
BUYER : Any natural or legal person who places an order in the online store www.cribernet.com and who has accepted the terms and conditions of this distance contract.
ONLINE STORE : web pages belonging to CRIBER NET SRL which can be found at www.cribernet.com , through which the buyer has access to information on the products offered for sale by CRIBER NET SRL . Depending on availability, products may have multiple statuses.
GOODS : products made available to the buyer for sale by the seller through the online store CRIBER NET SRL .
ONLINE ORDER : online communication between the seller and the buyer, through which the buyer intends to purchase goods from the seller, which the latter agrees to deliver, and the buyer agrees to pay. For products that are not in current stock, the seller can pre-order them, the delivery time for such orders being 20-30 working days;
ORDER CONFIRMED : the order made online through the online store www.cribernet.com by a buyer whose identification data and details regarding his order were validated by phone as a result of the contact between him and the customer service operator CRIBER NET SRL .
NEW CUSTOMER : customer who intends to purchase products from the CRIBER NET SRL online store for the first time and who requires a telephone validation of the order made by the customer support service operator designated by CRIBER NET SRL .
Opening hours:
Orders can be placed online at any time, but the processing period is from Monday to Friday, between 8-17.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If the customer is new, the seller assumes acceptance of the order from the buyer when there is a confirmation by phone or e-mail.
Once the online order is launched, the buyer agrees with the subsequent form of communication (telephone or electronic), as well as with the mode of operation of the seller.
Obligations of the seller:
The seller provides the buyer, free of charge, with professional information about its products and services, in order to achieve the purpose mentioned in the online order. The content published in the CRIBER NET SRL online store is indicative and presents information about the products sold by it, as well as other data considered by CRIBER NET SRL as being of interest to BUYERS.
CRIBER NET SRL is the owner of all intellectual property rights over the online store, respectively over the brands, design, functionalities of the site, images and technical specifications.
The seller constantly takes steps to present the most accurate and relevant information for the products offered for sale. If the prices or other information about the product have been displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right not to honor the order and to notify the customer about the error, if the delivery has not been made.
The images of the products are displayed in the online store for presentation. The products actually ordered may differ in terms of characteristics (eg shades of color) from the actual appearance of the product, depending on the batch in which they were manufactured.
In order to carry out the distance contract in good conditions, CRIBER NET SRL , based on the agreement expressed by the client, can contact the client by e-mail or telephone, if after the interaction with this site he completes the identification and contact data. The purpose for which the customer will be contacted is to expressly request any information for the completion of the online ordering process.
All the tariffs related to the Goods in the online store are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT. The prices of the products are updated daily.
The price of the ordered product is the one displayed on the date of placing the order.
Promotions are valid:
– for limited periods of time, specified on the product presentation page of the online store;
– within the limits of available stocks.
CRIBER NET SRL reserves the right to complete and / or modify any information in the online store without notifying the users of the site in advance.

The ordering process
The customer can place an online order from the product listing page or the individual product page, and will complete the order after selecting a payment and delivery method.
The products added to the shopping cart do not attract the registration of the order or the reservation in the store of the goods added to the cart.
In order to successfully complete the ordering process, the customer assumes that all the contact details provided by him are complete and correct. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the buyer, in one of the following cases:
– if the payment was not accepted by the payment processor approved by CRIBER NET SRL – the data provided by the client are erroneous / incomplete;
– the card / transaction is not accepted by the issuing bank;
– payment made by PO (bank transfer / internet banking), was not made in 3 working days;
– delivery by means of transport CRIBER NET SRL was not possible (eg the customer cannot be found by telephone and / or physical courier, at the address indicated for the delivery of purchased goods, etc.);
– if the price of the product is derisory (as defined in Art. 1665 of the Civil Code)
In case of cancellation of the order, none of the parties involved will claim / claim damages.
According to GEO no. 34/2014 the buyer has the possibility to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from its conclusion.
CRIBER NET SRL agrees that, for online orders with Pickup from the headquarters, the collection of already paid products should be done within 14 calendar days from the date of written information (e-mail / SMS) about the fact that the ordered products were billed and can be picked up. If the products will not be picked up within 14 calendar days, as well as due to the fact that CRIBER NET SRL cannot ensure its storage beyond the aforementioned term, the order will be considered canceled and the amount will be returned to the Customer. paid in advance to the account from which the payment was made.
In the case of electronically paid orders, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred by the Buyer, such as, for example, operating fees, currency conversion fees (if payment is not made in lei) applied by the issuing bank. his card. Only the Buyer is responsible for this action. The entire responsibility lies with the customer and any disputes will be resolved between him and the card issuing bank.
Intellectual property law
The content of the site www.cribernet.com including, but not limited to the graphic signs, names, brands (such as, for example: site and company name, symbols, images, texts, multimedia files) are the property of CRIBER NET SRL and cannot be taken over and / or used without the prior written consent of the owner.
Visitors to this site have the opportunity to copy information from this site for personal, non-commercial use only and without deleting or modifying it. Modification or use of the materials on this site for purposes other than information or use as a customer is strictly prohibited.

The seller reserves the right, based on the user’s consent, to store and use in its own interest, in order to carry out marketing activities, any information provided by the buyer through the site www.cribernet.com . Also, it will not provide to any third party the information received from the buyer, except for the agreed partners, service providers with whom there is a contract that protects this data received from the buyer.
Invoicing and issuing the accompanying documents of the package
The seller will issue an invoice for the delivered goods based on the information held by him and those provided by the buyer. At the same time, the package / goods will be accompanied by the documentation sent by the supplier and provided by law for the ordered product (s), as the case may be: certificate / declaration of conformity, guarantee certificate, instructions for use, etc.
The prices of the products displayed on the site www.cribernet.com include VAT according to the legislation in force.
The customer has the obligation to provide complete and correct data, necessary to issue the invoice according to the legislation in force. In this sense, CRIBER NET SRL will not request from the client, through the forms present on the site, other information, of a confidential nature than those necessary for issuing the invoice, delivering the products or completing the online ordering process.
CRIBER NET SRL will send to the client the invoice related to the order, both in electronic format, available online in the “Client’s Account” and in physical format, together with the delivery of the Goods. Thus, the customer has the opportunity to have a record of the invoices issued.
In order to successfully complete the online ordering process, the customer has the obligation to update the personal information in his account.
If the invoice is not available in the client’s account, within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the goods, he is asked to send a notification to the e-mail address [email protected] .
Risks and responsibilities
The seller is responsible for the proper packaging of the goods. The technical documentation related to the products is displayed on the site.
The risk of loss of the good is transferred to the buyer at the time of the actual delivery of the good.
The seller assumes responsibility for the delivery of products ordered by the buyer.
Delivery and acceptance of goods

The delivery of the goods is made only on the Romanian territory.
The buyer has the right not to accept the delivered goods if they do not comply with the technical details specified on the product page. In this case, the Seller assumes responsibility for bringing the products into conformity.
The buyer will take ownership of the goods after signing the transport document and making the payment (if it has not been previously made by card or bank transfer).

Major force
Force majeure (unpredictable, uncontrollable and unavoidable event affecting the performance of the contract) exonerates the party invoking it from liability.
Litigation. applicable law
The contractual relations between the parties are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be sent for resolution to the competent courts.
